Angela Crocker named Local Leadership award recipient

NYSUT held the annual WNY awards ceremony at the Buffalo Grand hotel on May 23, 2019. Angela Crocker was named the FFECC Local Leadership award recipient.

Dr. Angela Crocker is an Associate Professor and Department Chair in the Biology dept at city campus. Angela is one of the most popular professors at the college. She holds her students accountable yet engages them with a down to earth style, utilizing her dry wit with a little sassiness. Angela is a member of our Executive council and PAC Chair. She advocates for students and faculty alike at every opportunity. Her outstanding commitment to unionism was demonstrated first-hand during our re-carding effort where she surpassed all expectations. In daily life, she passionately advocates for fairness, inclusion, and the environment.
